Wisner-Garrison Marriage
Mr. Jesse Wisner and Miss Ethel Garrison were united in marriage
Jan. 1 at the LaMore hotel by Rev. A. H. Dent.
The groom is a very bright and promising young man. He is the son
of Mr. And Mrs. Adam Wisner.
The bride is one of Bear Creek’s most accomplished young ladies.
She is the daughter of Mr. Wm. Garrison. Her mother being dead she had
been making her home with the groom’s parents up to about the last of
September, when Mrs. Wisner died. Since then Ethel has been working at
different places in the Bear Creek vicinity. The new couple will make
their home on the old place where the groom was raised.
The wedding was a quiet one there being but six present, Adam
Wisner, Man Hooper, Mr. Moore and daughter, and Mr. And Mrs. Virgil
Higgins.
The happy couple received several presents and the good wishes of
every one that know them as they are liked by all.
