ROUNTREE CEMETERY




Springfield, Greene County, MO

On Bennett Street, ½ mile west of Scenic.  There is a small park named 
Rountree Park where the homestead used to be, and the graves are 
inside a rock wall.

Many of the original graves have been moved, or their markers 
destroyed over the years.  We found remnants of tombstones in a pile 
of stones in the back of the park.  We will continue to update this 
page as more information is available.
